Service Avenues

Students with learning disabilities receive services through one of three avenues (see chart below). These avenues are either chosen by the student or assigned by the college. For all Horizons students, reasonable accommodations will be suggested based on the documentation provided by the high school (or equivalent professional source).

NOTE: Accommodations forms can be picked up at the CASE office -- Learning Resource Center, 2nd floor -- during the first week of class each semester.
