A Computer Information Systems Option
 
The Technical Support option is for the student interested in supporting the information technology infrastructure of business organizations. Students study operating systems and utilities, business application programs, databases, web technology, programming and network concepts. The knowledge and practical experiences students gain will equip them for support positions in the information technology field.
