Prof. Craven teaches technical, general and engineering physics; computer techniques for scientists and engineers; and computer programming. He’s author of the textbook Programming in QBASIC for Engineering Technology, published by Prentice-Hall in 1999.
Before joining the CCM faculty he was Director of System Software Development for the Monroe Division of Litton Industries; Senior Engineer for Electronic Associates, Inc.; Instructor in Mechanical Engineering at New York University; and Member of the Technical Staff at Bell Telephone Laboratories. He has provided consulting services to several clients, focusing on software design and implementation.
