John Rutkowski of Hopatcong, program director of Respiratory Therapy, has a long history in both respiratory therapy and education. He has held teaching positions at Hudson County Community College, Montclair State University and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He also served as a co-investigator for a grant project focused on the development of an artificial mechanical ventilation simulator and has been involved in clinical research with pulmonary and critical care physicians. He holds an M.A. in public administration, health care policy and management from Seton Hall University, an M.A. in business administration from Farleigh Dickinson University, a B.A. in chemistry from New Jersey City University and an A.S. in respiratory therapy from York College of Pennsylvania.
