Maria Lee joined the County College of Morris faculty in 2003. She earned her B.A degree Summa Cum Laude from California University of Pennsylvania and completed her MA and doctoral degrees at Carnegie Mellon University. She is currently working on a article entitled “The Afro-American Republican League of Pennsylvania, 1895-1915,” and revision of her dissertation for publication. In her spare time, Dr. Lee is writing a historical thriller set in 1890s Pittsburgh.
