Now that you’ve decided to attend CCM, it’s time to start the application process!
Your first step is to click on the yellow button below that says Apply Online Today. Follow the prompts and fill in all of the information we ask for, it will make the whole process very easy. Don’t forget, we require a $30 application fee and it can only be paid by credit card if you use the online application. If you don’t have a credit card, please click here to print the PDF version of our application and submit it to our office with your check or cash payment.
Once you have submitted your application, please have your high school send an official transcript in a sealed envelope and please forward copies of your SAT or ACT scores. If you have previously attended another college, please have an official transcript sent from each institution.
