Matriculated Students

If you are pursuing an associate’s degree or academic program certificate at CCM, you are considered a matriculated student.

  1. Complete an Application for Admission including a $30 nonrefundable application fee.

  2. Arrange for an official copy of your high school transcript, in a sealed envelope to be sent by your high school, or send a copy of your general equivalency diploma (GED) to the Admissions Office.

  3. If you attended another college, send an official college transcript. Official transcripts must be received in sealed envelopes.

  4. Take the Accuplacer Basic Skills Test.  See "Testing Exemptions" to determine if you are exempt.  Plan to take the test at least two weeks before you register.

  5. If your residency status has changed and you are now a permanent resident, you must bring in your original I-551 residence card (not a copy). You must be a permanent resident for at least one year to pay in-county or appropriate out-of-county tuition rates; otherwise, out-of-state rates will be applied.
