Jumps & Hoops  

Join the fun as we jump through hoops in this fun and energizing class.  This aerobic style class will use jump ropes and hula hoops to engage you in heart pumping and fun fitness class.  We will combine this cardio filled fitness class with some strength training moves as well as over all stretching.

Fun and fitness from head to toe. Wear comfortable clothes, sneaker are a must and don't forget your water!!!! Jump in don't be late!

Just because School is out doesn't mean your favorite class has to end! P.E. continues as we play some of your favorite games from the year. Ultimate Frisbee sound fun?  How about a variety of tag games and cooperative games to build team spirit? Hey bring your ideas and favorite games to share, maybe we can play that too! This is a fun and easy way to stay fit as we play a variety of games to work on many motor skills, who knows you might even improve your game to show your friends next year!
