Dear Business Students,

Please have your Program Evaluation printed out and with you when you come to Academic Advisement:

How to get your Program Evaluation:

1. Go to CCM Home’s Page  (www.ccm.edu)
2. Look under “Academics” and click on “Web Registration/WebAdvisor”
3. Then click on "Login"
4. User ID: is your last name. first name (all in lower case)
   example: bell.debbie
   OR you can click on “What’s my username?” to determine exactly what your username is.
5. Password will be the last 4 #’s of your Social Security #.
6. A new screen will pop up saying to Change Password:
   1. Type in your User ID
   2. Old Password (last 4 digits of your Social Security #)
   3. New Password (your new password must be 6 to 9 characters in length and include both letters and numbers).
   4. Confirm Password
   5. Submit
7. The Welcome screen will pop up: Current Students – WebAdvisor for Students Menu:
   1. Look under “Academic Planning”
   2. Click on “Program Evaluation”
   3. When your Evaluation comes up. Print It Out.
