NJ Training Grants for Businesses

The State of New Jersey helps qualified businesses improve employee skills through on-the-job and classroom training. The Department of Labor (DOL) awards up to $25 million dollars annually for employee training as part of the Workforce Development Partnership. Working in collaboration with the DOL, we can identify available grant monies to address your training needs. Grant funding can be used for many types of training programs including development of literacy skills, soft skills, leadership management, computer skills, technical and manufacturing-related skills to name a few.

The professional staff at CCM’s Center for Business & Technology can help you translate a yearlong training program into an approved Training Grant application. Grant applications are completed on-line and the process is streamlined. We can assist you in completing the application preparations and provide liaison support in working with the DOL staff. Our grant writing service is provided at no cost to your business. To get started, please call us at 973-328-5188 or email us at cbt@ccm.edu
