Information for Online and Hybrid Students for Summer 2008 (Day I, Day II, Day III and Evening)

The Testing Center at Center for Assessment & Learning (CAL) provides proctoring services for online testing for CCM Online and Hybrid Classes. In order for an online test to take place in the Testing Center at CAL, we need students to do the following…

What we need from Students:

• Verify with your professor where and when you are to take your tests. Not all online or hybrid tests are scheduled to be taken in CAL.
• Students must E-mail (onlinescheduling@ccm.edu), call (973-328-5362) or drop by CAL (DeMare Hall - Room C112) to schedule their tests. Please provide your name, instructor's name, course name, course number (ex. ACC111, BIO127, etc.), date and time requested (see availability below). 
• Please note that we are not able to test students on a walk-in basis. For the semester, a variety of times have been set aside for online tests. Do not wait until the last minute to set up your appointment. We have limited seating on a first come-first serve basis and you are not guaranteed a seat.

Mondays and Thursdays: **

          @ 9:30 AM & @ 1:30 PM

Tuesdays & Wednesdays:

          @ 9:30 AM, @ 1:30 PM & @ 5:30 PM

Fridays:                                

          @ 9:30 AM & @ 12 Noon

         To assist in the communication process, a specific e-mail address onlinescheduling@ccm.edu has been established for online test scheduling. If necessary, the CAL staff may be contacted by phone at 973-328-5362.

- There will be no testing when the college is closed.

- Emergency/Weather closing information can be gotten by calling 973-328-5580.
