Q.  I am a CCM student and have a technology question.  Where can I get help on campus?
A.  The Student Technology Help Desk is located on the Second Floor of the LRC.
Q.  What kind of help can I get at the Student Technology Help Desk?
A.  This service is available to provide help to students with questions related to Blackboard, Student E-mail, WebAdvisor, and the CCM Wireless network as well as basic assistance with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
