Q.  Why do I keep getting logged off of the CCM Wifi?
A.  One reason could be you have left your computer or device idle for too long.  After 5 minutes of inactivity, your device will be logged off of the Wifi.

Q.  I am trying to log into the CCM Wifi, but it say that I am logged in already.  What should I do?
A.  You are probably connected with another device that picks up a wireless signal (i.e. iPod, iPad, cell phone, etc.).  Disable the wireless on the device and then try to connect to the Wifi again.  If you still cannot access the Wifi, call the Technology Help Desk at 973-328-5600 to have the device disconnected from the wireless network.
