Ceremony Start Time: 7 p.m.

Doors Open: 6 p.m.

*Doors Close: 6:45 p.m.

All guests attending the May 28 Commencement ceremony must have a ticket to enter the gymnasium. 

Please do not approach the platform during the ceremony to take photographs. A roped section, to the left of the stage (click here for diagram), will be designated for guests wishing to take photographs of graduates as they cross the stage. Please be considerate of others and wait until the graduate you wish to photograph is approaching the platform before entering the designated photography area, and please exit immediately to allow other guests the same opportunity.

*All guests arriving after 6:45 p.m. will be re-directed to the side doors of the HPE building, where they will be escorted into the gymnasium during a suitable break in the ceremony. If the gymnasium is full, guests will be redirected to the Dragonetti Auditorium (Student Community Center on the first floor) where a live broadcast of the ceremony will be available for viewing.
