  • Accommodations - Learn about how accommodations apply to your experience at CCM.

  • Adapted Testing - Detailed procedures are listed here. If you need to take a test in CASE, be sure to read this page carefully.
  • Academic Strategies Classes - A "learning strategies" approach (the focus of these classes) is widely accepted as the most successful avenue for college achievement.
  • Academic Tutoring - "Learning strategies" tutoring takes place weekly over the course of the semester. Apply early; slots fill up quickly.
  • Assistive Technology - Technology opens many doors for students with learning disabilities. Many of the latest aids are available for student use through Horizons.
  • Peer Mentors - Horizons participants have the opportunity to benefit from the experiences of students who "know the ropes."
  • General Information - Find out about many of the "unwritten rules" that college students need to know.
  • Policies and Procedures (PDF*) - This is the formal declaration of policies and procedures regarding students with disabilities at CCM.
  • Chargeback (out of county) - Enhanced-level students only may qualify for "in county" tuition rates if your home county (other than Morris) does not offer a program equivalent to Horizons Enhanced level program. Your home county makes the final determination.
  • Learning Strategies - Check out the links on this page to several sites offering learning strategies--general approaches as well as strategies for specific courses.
  • Registration Advisement - Register for next semester's classes with a minimum of frustration. This page provides a step-by-step guide to the correct procedure. The advisement schedule will be posted here as well (when available).
