Making TIME MANAGEMENT Work for You

Some people think "time management" means the clock runs your life. Actually, it is just the opposite. Planning allows you to have things the way YOU want them. On the next few screens you will find some "tools" to help you adjust your schedule so it runs smoothly. Your "toolbox" should include:
- Semester Planner -- to record all long-term assignments, tests, and other major events (vacations, weddings, etc.) that will require a significant amount of time.
- Weekly Schedule - record all fixed activities in ink (classes, work schedule, etc.); add activities that change in pencil.
- Daily "To Do" List -- include assignments, appointments, social plans, phone calls, etc. Prioritize using ABC system.
- Pocket Calendar -- always have with you to record appointments as they come up.
