At the end of each section or the end of the chapter, go back through what you marked in the text.
- Say it out loud (have a tape recorder running especially if you are an auditory learner -- you can listen to it while in the shower, car, etc.).
- Write it down in your own words in the format shown in the notetaking section leaving plenty of space in between concepts.
