 VIDEO AND AUDIO CONFERENCING
Video conferencing technology allows geographically disparate parties to see and hear each other across campus or across the globe.  At CCM, video conferencing is done through IP video and Internet 2. CCM utilizes the services of NJEdge.net, a non profit corporation of the New Jersey President's Council. Videoconferencing is available for faculty and staff of CCM. For further information, please contact the Media Center at extension 5290.
AVAILABLE FACILITIES

Video and audio conferencing services are available in two classrooms on the CCM campus.

ROOM B111:

This room supports two videoconferencing formats, H.264 and H.323, with the capacity to handle up to four participating sites. The room also contains 32 student computers and one instructor computer for interactive use. Also available is a document camera, a VCR player/recorder, and a black and white printer. ROOM D204:

This room supports videoconferencing in H.323 format. With one large rear projection television and one large plasma TV screen with a SmartBoard overlay, up to four sites can participate and be viewed comfortably. The room seats approximately 20 people and includes one instructor computer and a document camera. See more information on Room D204.
SCHEDULING Faculty and staff members can schedule a videoconference in Room B111 by calling ext. 5080. Scheduling for Room D204 can be made at ext. 5777. Once the room is booked, please contact the Media Center at extension 5290 for equipment setup and technical assistance.
