There are many stressors that occur throughout the semester such as projects, exams and presentations, which can add stress to already hectic schedules. With on-going pressures, such as attending college, working and maintain an active social and family life, it can be difficult to balance all of these daily activities. This stress reduction workshop will go over a variety of techniques and activities to help reduce the stressors students may feel. Time management will be briefly spoken about to assist students with the skills to make a concrete schedule in order to help reduce anxiety related to one’s schedule.
This workshop will be held on Thursday, April 11th from 12:30pm – 1:45pm in Henderson Hall, Room 215.
