Take a Break - De-Stress
Stressed out? Learn techniques to help work through everyday stressors by getting a free massage, taking a Zumba class, or receiving free resources and giveaways. Common stressors that can affect your health and wellness will be explored and fun activities to learn about these strategies will be provided. Attendees of De-Stress Fest will learn about the 8 Dimensions of Wellness and obtain techniques to help them achieve wellness by understanding how each dimension can affect various aspects of one’s life.
