Feeling Stressed Out and Don’t Know What to Do?
Are you stressed out? There are many stressors that can occur throughout the semester such as projects, exams, and presentations, which can add stress to already hectic schedules. With on-going pressures such as attending college, working, and maintaining an active social and family life, it can be difficult to balance all of these daily activities.

This workshop, “Positive Ways to Deal with Stress”, will go over a variety of techniques and activities to help reduce the stressors students may feel. One of the techniques that will be addressed is time management. This technique empowers students with skills to help them develop an effective schedule in order to reduce workload anxiety.

                               This workshop will be held on Thursday, November 7th,  from 12:30pm - 1:45pm
                                                           in the Student Community Center – Room 233.
