Students are invited to receive one-on-one assistance with the selection and application process of health care plans on Thursday, February 20, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Sheffield Hall, Room 200. Information presentations will be given at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Students and family members will need to bring the following items to enroll:
- Social Security Number
- Employer and income information for each member of the household who needs coverage, such as pay stubs and W-2 forms
- Policy numbers of current healthcare insurance, if applicable
The process is expected to take about one hour. If you are unable to spend the full time needed, you may also stop by and set up a future appointment at another location. Those who attend the information sessions are not required to participate in the one-on-one application process. Individuals from the regional office for Medicare and Medicaid, as well as the Urban League of Morris County and Dover Community Clinic will be on hand for assistance. No appointment is necessary.
