Do you ever feel distressed or overwhelmed? Due to many difficult things that may be going on in your life; such as school, home and work it can be difficult to manage the multitude of emotions that may develop. Since it is common for people to feel depressed, frustrated, alone, and angry, this is a forum/outlet to assist students in understanding what it is you may be feeling and to aid you in obtaining ideas in how to handle various emotions and situations.
This workshop will be held on Thursday, March 21st from 12:30pm – 1:45pm in Henderson Hall, Room 215.
