Hospitality and Culinary Arts Open House - June 21

Learn about the Range of Programs CCM Provides to Tap into These Strong Job Growth Areas
The Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts programs at County College of Morris (CCM) will hold an open house Tuesday, June 21, from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. The open house will be held in the Hospitality Dining Room at the Student Community Center (SCC 240 and 241) on CCM’s Randolph campus, 214 Center Grove Road.

The open house provides an opportunity for students and those already employed within the industry to learn about the range of programs CCM provides to prepare for and advance in the strong job growth areas of hospitality and culinary arts. The programs offered at CCM are:

Hospitality Management Associate’s Degree, which offers practical training for students interested in management positions and aspiring professionals already employed within the industry.

Restaurant and Culinary Management Associate’s Degree, which provides students with a detailed understanding of the largest segment of the hospitality industry and National Restaurant Association Certification through the ManageFirst Program.

Restaurant Management and Event Planning Certification, a 15-credit program that provides concise and accelerated training in restaurant management and event planning, two dynamic areas in the hospitality industry.

Culinary Arts Certification, a 12-credit program that prepares individuals for a culinary career and also serves as continuing education for those already employed within the industry.
