Workshop Series

“Improving your Life: A Series for Students” is a series of educational workshops on various mental health topics offered each semester.

The objective of this series is to provide students with insight and knowledge of mental health issues that will make their lives better.

The specific topics of workshops vary each semester. Some examples of possible topics include:

  • Returning to School After a Number of Years
  • Relationship Issues
  • Managing Anger
  • Optimism: It Can be Learned

  • The Use and Abuse of Substances
