An alleged violation of the Academic Integrity policy (Academic Dishonesty) will be brought to the attention of this office and, if necessary, be referred to The Academic Integrity Review Board.
A student placed on academic dismissal following academic probation on the basis of an unsatisfactory Cumulative Point Average may appeal to this office. Final decisions will be made by the Academic Review Committee.
Conflict resolution, sexual harassment and Code of Conduct procedures are specifically defined at CCM. If a student feels as though they have been mistreated or have had their rights violated for any reason, his/her concerns may be directed to this office.
If a student has been removed from class rosters due to non-payment of tuition, a Drop/Add form must be completed and delivered to this office for approval. A reinstatement fee may apply.
A change in recorded residency from out-of-state or out-of-county to in-county can be obtained by completing a Residency Application form and returning it with necessary documentation (listed on the form) to this office.
Student Development scholarships are available each academic year. A student must be recommended by a college representative to be considered for these scholarships. View list of available scholarships.
A request for an exception to the Tuition Refund policy must be made to this office. Authorization for refund is given only in extenuating circumstances. A request must be made in writing, supported by appropriate documentation.
Instances of misconduct based on the Student Code of Conduct will be brought to the attention of this office, and in conjunction with the Student Judicial Board, disciplinary actions are decided. An appeal request in the form of a letter addressed to the Assistant Dean of Students, must be presented to this office.
