When to Get Help

  • Do you think about how and when you're going to drink or use drugs?
  • Are your grades being affected?
  • Has your health changed?
  • Do family and friends mention your drinking or drug use to you?
  • Do you stop and then start drinking or using drugs to test yourself?
  • Have you been stopped for drunk driving or driving under the influence of a chemical?

One "yes" and your common sense tells you it's time to get help with alcohol and/or other drugs.
