The Corporate and Community Programs (CCP) division at County College of Morris (CCM) has released its 2015 Spring and Summer Continuing Education Catalog of career, professional development and adult enrichment classes.

The division offers certification and training courses in business, computer technology, health, counseling and teaching. Personal enrichment programs including language, cooking and fitness classes are available for all age groups. The Continuing Education catalog can be found on the college’s website at www.ccm.edu/businesscommunity.

Information sessions for CCM career certificate programs will be held on Tuesday, January 13, from 6:30 – 8 p.m. For more information on those sessions, see page 11 in the CCP spring brochure at http://tinyurl.com/lfeac3r.

Included among the new courses this semester are several programs for Internet and mobile technology professionals. CCM now offers Web Analytics and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Certification programs along with three new courses on QuickBooks. Due to the popularity of the Lean & Six Sigma Certification program, Black Belt Certification has been added along with Yellow and Green Belt. Other new classes are intended to help take down workplace language barriers through courses such as Spanish for Improved Workplace Communications, English as a Second Language and Command Spanish for Nurses.

Growing in popularity is the New Pathways to Teaching in New Jersey program that prepares candidates for the alternate route to New Jersey teacher certification. The Intro to Teaching – 24 Hour Component is the prerequisite required to take Stage 1, which will be offered in April.

Another very popular program is the Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Certification program which runs for two sessions between January and June.
