Looking to earn a college degree, transition to a new career or gain a professional certification to enhance your career options? Attend the County College of Morris (CCM) Open House for Adults on Thursday, March 5, and explore the wide range of academic and certificate programs CCM has to offer.

At CCM, adults are presented with a broad selection of credit and non-credit offerings, from one-week to semester-long certificate programs, to more than 50 associate degree programs, along with the opportunity to earn a Rutgers bachelor’s degree on the college’s Randolph campus. Online, hybrid and evening and weekend classes also are offered to fit into a variety of schedules.

The Open House for Adults is specifically designed for those who have been out of high school for a few years and are seeking to expand their professional opportunities.

The open house begins at 6:30 p.m. in the Student Community Center, Davidson Room, on CCM’s Randolph campus, 214 Center Grove Road.

CCM faculty and advisers will be on hand to address those special circumstances facing adult students, such as juggling work, family and college. Participants also will have the opportunity to learn about financial aid and scholarships, while discovering what career possibilities may be best for them.

Given the increasing cost of college tuition, community colleges present an affordable option for enhancing a career, transitioning to a new one and developing additional areas of expertise.

The $30 application fee will be waived for anyone who applies for admission at the open house. Those who wish to register for credit classes at the open house should bring the following items, if applicable: 1) an official high school transcript or a copy of their GED, 2) an official college transcript in a sealed envelope, 3) SAT scores.

Open house visitors can park in Lot 6. For more information, go to www.ccm.edu or call 973-328-5100.
