The 10 Most Important Aspects for Searching for Grants and Finding Funding – Posted 6/8/15

The County College of Morris (CCM) Library Foundation Center Funding Information Network is offering a free workshop for nonprofit organizations on finding grants.

The Guide to Online Grantseeker Resources: Introduction to Finding Grants workshop takes place Friday, July 10, from 10 a.m. to noon in the Sherman H. Masten Learning Resource Center, Room 205, on CCM’s Randolph campus, 214 Center Grove Road.

In this introductory workshop, participants will learn the 10 most important things they need to know about finding grants. They also will have the opportunity to practice navigating the Foundation Center’s Grantspace page and searching the Foundation Directory Online.

The CCM library is the only organization in Northwestern New Jersey to participate in the Foundation Center’s Funding Information Network. Network partners provide a suite of resources including the most comprehensive database on U.S. and, increasingly, global grantmakers and their grants.

Seating for the workshop is limited and preregistration is requested. To reserve a seat, call 973-328-5300.
