Covering Associate Degree, Pre-College and Scholarship Programs

Students walking on campusCounty College of Morris (CCM) is offering two Saturday Information Sessions and a Scholars Day so high school students and their parents can learn about the range of opportunities to receive a high-quality education and a jump start on college.

Two Saturday Information Sessions are scheduled for October 27 and November 17, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Those sessions will cover the full selection of associate degree programs, student services, financial aid and scholarships and co-curricular offerings provided at CCM. A tour of the campus with a student ambassador also will be offered.

On Thursday, November 8, CCM will host a Scholars Day from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. At this session, high school students and their families can gain information not only on CCM’s associate degree and student support programs, but also its Challenger Program for high school students that allows them to earn college credits, the Honors Study program, transfer opportunities to earn a bachelor’s degree and NJ STARS, which covers the cost of tuition at New Jersey’s community colleges for students who rank in the top 15 percent of their class. CCM student ambassadors will also lead campus tours and join students for lunch provided by the college.
