Business Administration, Associate in Science

This program is designed to meet the needs of students who wish to earn a baccalaureate degree in some area of business administration upon completing two additional years at a four-year institution. The curriculum prepares students for upper college-level specializations in finance, management, private or public accounting and marketing.

Career Opportunities The career possibilities with a Business degree are endless. Students are equipped for positions in management, accounting, marketing, finance, banking, insurance, sales, and international business, just to name a few. A student chooses how far they go, from clerk to CEO, or owning and operating their own business. Our Business program at County College of Morris is the first step for a business career. Our graduates have careers in bookkeeping, accounting, auditing, management, insurance, sales, retail, marketing, merchandising, advertising, banking, business information systems, finance, event planning, human resources, and real estate.


This program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).

Transfer Opportunities This program has transfer agreements with most four year colleges and universities in New Jersey. Many out-of-state colleges and universities accept our course credits as well. In-state institutions with transfer agreements include Bloomfield College, Caldwell College, Centenary College, College of St. Elizabeth, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Kean University, Montclair State University, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Ramapo College, Rider University, Rutgers, Seton Hall University, and William Paterson University. Out-of-state institutions with transfer agreements include Allentown College, Brigham Young University, College of Staten Island, East Carolina University, Cornell University and New York University.
