The International Studies Program is for students pursuing career goals in the fields of international affairs, diplomacy, world languages and cultures, teaching, and research.
The mission of the International Studies Program is to provide the general education course work and global perspective needed to transfer to a similar program at a four-year college. In addition to general education courses, students are required to take courses in culture, geography, world literature, and four semesters of a world language.
Students enrolled in the International Studies Program have the opportunity to study abroad to enhance their course work. CCM, through its membership in the College Consortium for International Studies (CCIS), offers students the opportunity to study in twenty-four countries. Students also benefit from small class sizes in many of their courses. The small class sizes allow faculty and students to interact in a seminar-like environment that facilitates and enriches the classroom experience.

Students in the International Studies Program have transferred to a number of colleges and universities including:

- Drew University
- Florida Atlantic University
- Montclair State University
- Ramapo College
- Rutgers University
- Seton Hall University
- The College of New Jersey
- University of Florida
- University of Washington – Seattle
The International Studies Program has articulation agreements with Ramapo College and West Virginia University. These agreements facilitate a smooth transfer from CCM’s International Studies Program to Ramapo or West Virginia’s International Studies Program. The agreement with West Virginia also permits students to transfer to its Slavic and Eastern European Studies Program.
After graduating, students have also obtained employment in areas related to their major. Program Coordinator at Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America Research Assistant at Ramapo College Translator in the New Jersey Court System
