POCKET VPN CCM GENCYBER CAMP 2018

 WHAT:

“Pocket VPN CCM GenCyber Camp” is a 5 day cybersecurity experience. Participants will be engaged from the first minute of the first day to the last minute of the last day. Cybersecurity is exciting and fun, and through a combination of instruction and hands-on activities CCM’s GenCyber Camp 2018 will be the opportunity of a life-time for students in Morris County.  Learn safe online behavior, increase knowledge of cyberspace, and explore cybersecurity careers.

This camp is fully funded by the National Security Agency and the National Science Foundation, and is provided at no charge to selected applicants.

All students will take home a Raspberry Pi at the completion of the Camp.

Lunch and snacks free of charge.

Transportation is not provided.  This is not a residential camp.

WHEN:

Camp 1 – August 6-10, 2018 from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Camp 2 – August 13-17, 2018 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

WHO:

Rising freshman to seniors from Morris County are eligible to apply.  No prior cybersecurity knowledge or experience is required.

BOTH PARTS MUST BE COMPLETED FOR AN APPLICATION TO BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE. 

STUDENTS WILL BE NOTIFIED OF ACCEPTANCE MID-JUNE.
