At Destress Fest Week, learn techniques to help work through everyday stressors. Destress week will include, Duet Karaoke, Yoga, Choosing Your Perfect Major Workshop, Therapy Dogs, and Meditation. Common stressors that can affect your health and wellness will be explored and fun activities to learn about these strategies will be provided
