Learn to: identify the root cause of a work problem; apply critical thinking and other techniques to create a plan or resolve a problem; identify and take action to remove or address barriers that could derail success; understand key stakeholders and determine ways to address their needs; use influencing techniques to create greater support for solutions; and determine measures of success for your strategy.
