VIRTUAL MEDITATION CLASS
If you’re experiencing cabin fever or need a mental break from online classes, meditation can help ease your mind. Presented by the School of Royal Yoga, this free class will teach you meditation techniques to help you feel calmer, centered, and more capable of dealing with the stresses of everyday life. All levels are welcome. We can all use a little zen right now, so please join us!
