Do you want to want to get published? Most everyone would reply “yes.” But many people give up too soon if they don’t succeed in the first or second attempt.¬†There are no guarantees for getting into print, but there¬†are tried and true methods that will increase your chances of¬†publishing articles and books.
Let’s talk about the kinds of writing you would like to do¬†and where you can¬†publish it.
The Writing Institute is a workshop for professors, students‚ÄĒand everyone at CCM‚ÄĒwho longs to publish mass-market and academic articles and books.
Philosophy professor Kenneth Shouler, Ph.D., will lead the discussion. Shouler has published books in philosophy, politics, business, sports, and religion and has authored hundreds of articles for mass-market and academic publications.
*The third meeting will be held in the same room during college hour on Thursday, November 29th. Three more meetings will follow during the spring semester.
Pizza will be provided, but a head-count is needed so please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know about your writing interests.
