| April 30 (year prior to application year) | Faculty member receives confirmation of eligibility from Vice President of Professional Studies and Applied Sciences and Vice President of Academic Affairs. |
| October 15 | Faculty elects FPPC and notifies Vice President of Professional Studies and Applied Sciences and Vice President of Academic Affairs of members. |
| January 20 | Faculty member submits all materials to Chair, Dean, and FPPC. |
| February 7 | Faculty member meets with Chair. |
| February 21 | Faculty member and Dean receive completed recommendation from Chair. |
| March 3rd | Faculty member may meet with Dean |
| March 14 | FPPC recommendations to Dean, VPPSAS and VPAA and applicant. |
| March 20 | VPPSAS and VPAA recommendation goes to the President. |
| March 28 | VPPSAS and VPAA notifies applicant of recommendation. President notifies applicant of his/her recommendation. |
