What time should I be there?

If you are a student participating in the ceremony, you need to report to Mennen Arena, 161 East Hanover Avenue, Morristown, NJ 07960, Rink #1, no later than 9 a.m.

Please note, if a guest needs to be dropped off in front of building, they must be escorted by another guest. There will not be escort services available.

CCM reserves the right to inspect all jackets, bags and backpacks upon entry. Purses, diaper bags and other small personal bags are allowed, but may be inspected at all entrances.

How do I know if I am eligible to graduate?

Records and Registration will notify (via CCM email) any May 2019 candidates who will not be certified to graduate in May based on the final audit of your record. If for some reason you are not certified for May, you will be able to apply for August 2019 graduation and your graduation fee will be rolled over.

Honor Society stoles (PTK and ABG) were handed out at induction ceremonies. If you did not attend, please contact the Office of Campus Life at 973-328-5225 to pick up your stole. If you have lost yours, contact the Office of Campus Life at 973-328-5225 to purchase another.

Honors stoles for students who graduate with Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude or Summa Cum Laude will be distributed at Mennen Arena. The honors stole is yours to keep.

May 2019 graduates will be notified by email at their CCM student email accounts,. January 2019 and August 2018 graduates have already been notified.

How many guests can I invite?

Each graduate will receive four tickets for commencement. The tickets will be issued at cap and gown pickup at the Campus Store.

I am not going to participate in Commencement, where can I pick up my diploma?

Candidates not attending the graduation ceremony may pick up their diplomas on or after Tuesday, May 28, during regular business hours in the Office of Records and Registration in the Student Community Center, Room 220. You will be asked to present a photo ID prior to receipt of your diploma.

  • Ceremony Start Time: 10 a.m. sharp
  • Doors Open: 9 a.m.
  • Front Doors Close: 9:45 a.m.
  • All guests attending the May 24 commencement ceremony at Mennen Arena, 161 East Hanover Ave., Morristown, NJ 07960, must have a ticket to enter the rink
  • All guests have arena seating
  • Accommodated seating should be requested in advance by making a reservation.
