Hired: August 2010Professor Reilly previously worked as a faculty member at Holy Name Medical Center School of Nursing. There she taught a variety of nursing specialties. At Holy Name, Professor Reilly was the Chair of the Student-Faculty Coordinating Committee and the Leadership Council Committee. She also facilitated and enhanced the LPN-RN transition program and held the title of Lab Coordinator. Prior to joining CCM as a full-time faculty, she was an Adjunct Faculty at CCM for the Basic Medical-Surgical Nursing course where she currently continues to teach.

Professor Reilly is currently taking courses toward a Ph.D. in Public Heath, Epidemiology specialization at Walden University. Professor Reilly is a certified nurse educator and practitioner. She holds professional memberships in the National League of Nursing, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Association organizations. As a practicing nurse, Professor Reilly has had varied experiences in different nursing specialties such as Medical Surgical Nursing, Pediatric Nursing, High-Risk Obstetric Nursing, Geriatric Nursing and Home Health.

Professor Reilly’s passion is in all aspects of nursing. There is nothing more rewarding to her than educating others within this amazing field. Professor Reilly states that there is an amazing feeling as an instructor to see the transition in students when they begin to incorporate classroom learning in the clinical environment and display critical thinking. She feels honored and privileged to be a part of the CCM family where quality education is the standard.
