Professor Kelly Fitzpatrick of Mendham, New Jersey, has taught at CCM since 2010 in the Mathematics department. Prior to that, she worked in hedge fund management as an execution trader with Trigon Investment Advisors. Her other experience includes derivatives and equity strategy at MLC International and credit and global risk management at Lehman Brothers. She earned her M.A. in Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University and B.A. in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Geneseo.

She is also the principal investigator for NSF ATE grant # 2000887, Expanding Pathways to a Data Science Career by Developing a Certification in Data Science and Analytics. Fitzpatrick has held leadership positions as president of MATYCNJ and is the current chair of the AMATYC/ASA Joint Committee.
