Dr. Ford previously served as an Assistant Professor of Marketing and Business and Coordinator of the Business Programs at Penn State University, (Main and Schuylkill Campuses). She was Chairperson of the Marketing Department and Assistant Professor of Marketing for 4 years at New Jersey City University, as well as an Assistant Dean at Gibbs College in Livingston NJ. Prior to becoming a full-time faculty member at County College of Morris in January 2019, she worked as an adjunct there for 10 years. She was appointed Business Department Chairperson in July 2021. Dr. Ford has been an adjunct at many county colleges in NJ, including Hudson, Middlesex, Warren and Sussex, as well as 4 year universities, such as Penn State, Rutgers, and Strayer. She has taught a wide variety of marketing and business courses over the years and has held various administrative positions in academia since 2001.
