Job:

Working as a newscast editor, Cassandra ultimately had the opportunity to edit an entire half-hour newscast on her own.  She learned how to use industry software and gained knowledge of news broadcasting terminology, operations, and production.  Opportunities were available to shadow a field reporter, a director in the control room, and an associate producer as they wrote a newscast.

News 12 New Jersey is a 24-hour local news channel that serves more than 10 counties in New Jersey. The cable channel s exclusive service reaches over 1.8 million homes on the Cablevision, Comcast, Service-Electric and Time-Warner cable systems.
