Stephanie Sausa: Business/Human Resources Intern
United Parcel Service & County College of Morris
Stephanie started her journey into Human Resources as an Recruiter Intern at United Parcel Service where she supported the HR staff with front line employment on-boarding, and developing recruiting relationships with local colleges, universities, community organizations, and other groups to aid in sourcing quality candidates. Stephanie also interviewed candidates to aid in the selection of the right talent for the right positions within the company.
After that, she accepted a Human Resources Internship at County College of Morris where she expanded her knowledge of HR department operations and employee benefits.
