ART AND DESIGN SUBMISSIONS
- Panels will be set up in the Sherman Masten Learning Resource Center (LRC) with supplies for each teacher to install their own students’ works.
- Spaces will not be assigned to schools and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Please work with the on-site CCM rep when installing your exhibit.
- Each school is permitted to install no more than 25 pieces onto the panels.
- 3D and significantly heavy pieces will be displayed on nearby tables.
- All work should be matted and should not exceed the dimensions of 18” x 24”.
- Any work larger than 18” x 24”, must be approved by the Teen Arts team.
- It is the installing teacher’s responsibility to have work ready for installation. Please include student name, school, and teacher’s name on the back of all work.
- Each school may include a small “banner” that can be placed at the top of the panel, indicating the school and teacher.
- All installed work must have a paper label with the student’s name, school, teacher, title of work and medium used.
- The required label is provided by CCM (download labels here) and pinned at the lower right corner of each piece.
- Please forward the inventory list (download inventory list here) of all work to be displayed to teenarts@ccm.edu, prior to load-in/installation date.
- Load-in, installation date is scheduled for Thursday, May 11, 2023, from 10-4 p.m.
- CCM is not responsible for any damage or loss to any artwork brought to campus.
- Artwork should be removed by the end of the festival.
