Our online classes are taught LIVE by an instructor. Students will need access to a computer and to the Internet. A desktop or laptop computer is preferred, but tablets and smartphones are also an option. CCM will provide access to any specialized software needed for the course.

AGILE PROJECT MANAGEMENT ESSENTIALS

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PMP, CAPM EXAM PREP 

Class will be conducted online using an easy to use, well received collaboration tool called Zoom. Just enter the link sent you for the class and you are in the “classroom” with the instructor and your classmates. The class features comprehensive preparation for certification including exercises and practice exams.

Prerequisite: Project Management Essentials, or substantial prior project management experience with a solid understanding of the principles of Project Management.

Ready to go for your certification in Project Management? This class is a preparation for taking the PMI certification exam for Project Management Professional (PMP)® or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® and meets the requirement for contact hours of education to be eligible to take the exams. SIX SIGMA: AN INTRODUCTION TO PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

Six Sigma is a process and a set of tools used by organizations to improve products, processes and results by eliminating defects, reducing variation and decreasing delays. Learn the fundamentals of Six Sigma, including use of the DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and basic tools. MS PROJECT 2016 

Microsoft Project is the most popular project planning tool in the world, used in over 100 countries. PMC-130

The class will be conducted online. Each student is given access to a copy of MS Project 2016 for their computer. It is a hands-on class with all students working with MS Project. You will be given a link to enter the classroom with the instructor and your classmates. The class will be conducted interactively with a view of the instructor’s screen to follow.

With this hands-on course, gain the knowledge to be able to:

  • Develop a plan, build a schedule and assign resources
  • Track and manage tasks, resources and budgets
  • Analyze workloads to share resources across multiple projects
  • Apply best practice principles to plan, manage, maintain and direct projects
  • Produce project status charts and reports
