WORKPLACE EDUCATION

Our online classes are taught LIVE by an instructor. Students will need access to a computer and to the Internet. A desktop or laptop computer is preferred, but tablets and smartphones are also an option. CCM will provide access to any specialized software needed for the course.

Microsoft Teams is the robust upgrade replacement for Skype for Business. Teams is the pivotal communications app included in Office 365. It maximizes and heightens both group and one-on-one work collaboration. Navigate the interface and features, as well as its seamless tie-in with Microsoft OneDrive. GOOGLE WORKSPACE: LEARN ABOUT GOOGLE’S FREE ONLINE PRODUCTIVITY APPS AND WORK FROM ANYWHERE

PREREQUISITE: 1) Solid comfort level using a computer, software programs, and switching between two open programs on your computer (as we will be switching back and forth between Zoom and Chrome throughout the course).
