Organizations face change on a daily basis due to expansion of products or services, increased competition, budget constraints or new technology.  Some individuals welcome change and are excited by the possibilities created by change, while others resist it. This class helps individuals learn to work effectively through changes. Topics discussed will include factors that impact change, understanding different reactions to change, various barriers and ways to address them, techniques to create change and a change process model.
