2017 CCM Commencement

  • Date: Friday, May 26
  • Time: 10 a.m. sharp
  • Doors open 8:30 a.m.
  • Gymnasium doors will close promptly at 9:45 a.m.
  • Place: Health and Physical Education Building – Gymnasium
  • Tickets are required. Guests without tickets or who arrive after 9.45 a.m. will be able to view the ceremony via closed circuit TV in Dragonetti Auditorium on the Student Community Center's first floor.
  • The CCM Media Center production team will stream the ceremony live on the CCM YouTube channel, https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYmXraSV4GFQ24_Z3B8_gXQ, allowing family members to view graduation from anywhere in the world on any device. There will also be a live broadcast of the ceremony on Cablevision METV Channel 77 in Morris County and Verizon FiOS Channel 40 in Northern New Jersey.
  • The Media Center will provide a recording of the ceremony by request to individuals who provide their own blank media (32GB memory card or stick or blank DVD-R). Download the media copy request form at http://tinyurl.com/kksa8dp and then submit the form and blank media to the Media Center on the second floor of the Learning Resource Center, Room 215.
  • Limited disability-related guest seating is available for the disabled person and one family member only. All accommodated arrangements must be made before Wednesday, May 24, to guarantee appropriate seating and access. Any questions regarding special accommodations for commencement may be directed to Maria Schiano, director of Accessibility Services, at 973-328-5274 or sign up online at www.ccm.edu/grad/seating.asp.
  • For individuals using social media to post photos related to graduation, the college encourages you to use the hashtag #ccmgraduation. This year, if you use the hashtag from May 26-28 on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter, you will be entered into a random drawing to win a Fitbit. Full rules for the contest can be found on CCM's Facebook page, www.facebook.com/countycollegeofmorris, and in a post by its Instagram account, @CCM_NJ. Please note that graduates should not take selfies while receiving their diplomas.
